Since being established in 2005, EJFOODS has been known for an unparalleled commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus for us to grow into the business we are today.

My love for food started with standing on a chair in the kitchen stirring the pot of beans while my grandmother watched, letting me smell each spice and seasoning she dropped into the bubbling pot. Since the age of 5, food and how its made has been a fascination of mine. Seeing it being lovingly prepared, and witnessing first hand what it can do to a table of friends and family. From growing up the kitchen, to well into my teens, to adulthood and running restaurants. Leaning the art of presentation, and complementary flavors has led me to you.

I have found refuge from life in food. In sweets. In being able to make things from scratch and knowing that what I make will be enjoyed by so many.

It has taken years to master the flavors and textures of Grandma's cooking. She would be so proud that I have taken what she started and grew to what we are today. Which is why I am humbled to be able to serve and deliver the best that I can.
